Each menu is a unique masterpiece, tailored to the style of every couple, turning the banquet into an unforgettable memory.

A Culinary Experience that Begin with the First Toast

The gastronomic journey starts with appetizers designed to surprise your guests, featuring themed stations and showcooking that will captivate even the most demanding palates. Highlights include creations such as Tuna and nori niguiri, the Escalivada pepper croquette and emulsion of its own juice or the Wagyu tartar with crispy potato millefeuille. Themed stations like Asia, with its Selection of makis and niguiris, are always a success, as well as Mexico with its cochinita pibil and chicken tinga tacos, or Peru with the incomparable Fish market ceviche and Greater amberjack tiradito.

Fresh Flavors to Begin and Main Courses of Excellence

The starters celebrate Mediterranean freshness and flavor with gastronomic creations such as Lobster remembering a “salpicón”, Scallops, light codium cream, shrimps and parmesan pearls or the Silky tomato soup, yellow pepper, shrimps and caviar. The main courses are a true homage to excellence, featuring dishes such as Beef tenderloin from Albera, sour cream and pepper sauce, the Wagyu Wellington or the iconic Sea bass, its grilled juice, sea cucumber and olives.

The Sweetest Ending

To conclude the banquet, desserts that are true little gems: Yuzu, mango and lemon; Chocolates, coffee and cocoa crystals soufflé or the Red fruits dessert, yoghurt, black sesame and vanilla. And, for the final touch, the wedding cake, ranging from a classic Raspberry Sacher torte to exotic creations such as Pineapple, coconut and lime, or a Creamy vanilla, Tonka bean and hazelnut.

  • Furniture: We provide furniture both for the cocktail reception and for the banquet in the Mirador del Castell and Petit Mirador salons.

However, if you wish to fully customize your special day, you may also choose to work with external suppliers specialized in premium tableware and rental furniture.
